Document review, not algorithms.
Every application is reviewed by a human. Uploaded documents are checked against the company's claimed credentials. No bot scraping, no automated trust scores, no aggregated review pulls. If we can't verify a credential, the badge does not appear on the profile.
What gets reviewed
License documents, certificate of insurance, bonding capacity letters, SAM.gov entity registration, CAGE code, set-aside certification letters (SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone), and military base access documentation.
How it works
A reviewer compares each uploaded document against the company's profile claims. Discrepancies trigger a follow-up email. Approved credentials get a "Verified" badge dated to the review. Insurance and license credentials are re-reviewed annually.
What we don't do
We don't scrape public review sites. We don't auto-verify based on website self-claims. We don't issue badges for credentials we can't see documentation for. Companies with expired or unverifiable credentials cannot complete onboarding.
