This policy explains what information Senia collects, how we use it, and what rights you have over your data.
1. Introduction and Our Commitment
Senia LLC ("Senia," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Senia platform at seniaapp.com, a private verified network for construction industry professionals. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about you and your business when you apply for, access, or use the platform.
We take privacy seriously. The construction industry depends on trust and we apply the same standard to how we handle your information. We collect only what we need to operate the platform, we protect what we collect, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide at registration
When you apply for membership on the platform you provide the following information. Required fields are necessary to process your application. Optional fields improve your profile visibility and search matching but are not required to complete registration.

2.2 Information generated through your use of the platform
After your account is approved the following information is generated through your use of the platform and stored in our systems.
- •Connection requests you send and accept
- •Messages you send to connected members
- •Project needs you post on the board
- •Interest you express in project needs posted by others
- •Reviews you submit about other members
- •Support tickets you file
- •Profile flags or post reports you submit
- •Changes you make to your profile, credentials, or settings
- •Platform activity patterns including search activity, connection frequency, and posting volume
2.3 Authentication and session data
When you log into the platform our authentication system creates a session token stored in a browser cookie. This token is used to maintain your logged-in state and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. We do not store your password in readable form. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods.
2.4 Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers or banking information. When billing is activated, payments are processed by our payment processor and we do not store full payment details on our systems. We do not collect location data from your device. We do not collect information about other websites you visit. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Operating the platform
- •Reviewing your application and determining whether to approve your membership
- •Displaying your verified company profile to other approved members
- •Enabling search and discovery of your profile by other members based on trade, location, and credentials
- •Facilitating connection requests and messages between members
- •Processing and displaying project needs and interest expressions
- •Administering the review system
- •Processing support tickets and investigating flags and reports
- •Maintaining audit logs of administrative actions for platform security
3.2 Communications
- •Sending account-related emails including application confirmation, approval or rejection notification, connection request notifications, review notifications, and ticket updates
- •Sending security-related emails including password change confirmations and account verification requests
- •Responding to your direct inquiries and support requests
All emails sent by Senia are transactional emails triggered by specific actions. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
3.3 Platform improvement and intelligence products
We may use aggregated and anonymized data derived from platform activity to understand how the platform is being used, identify areas for improvement, develop market intelligence reports, and build business analytics products. Aggregated data does not identify individual members or companies. It cannot be used to contact, target, or identify any specific person or business. We will not develop data products using personally identifiable information without providing advance notice and obtaining member consent.
3.4 Legal compliance and safety

4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With other platform members
Your public profile information is visible to all approved members of the platform. Public profile information includes your company name, trade or category, city and state, credentials and certifications (as verified badges), connection count, availability status, bio, tagline, website, and phone if you choose to display it. Uploaded documents, your EIN, your street address, admin notes, and other internal data are never visible to other members.
4.2 With service providers
We share information with the following third-party service providers who help us operate the platform. Each provider is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to Senia.

4.3 For legal reasons
We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal process such as a subpoena or court order, protect the rights or property of Senia or our members, prevent or investigate fraud or illegal activity, or protect the safety of any person.
4.4 What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers or allow advertisers to target you based on your platform activity. We do not share your uploaded documents, EIN, personal identification, or other sensitive registration data with other members, third parties, or anyone other than the Senia administrative team.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Storage location
All member data is stored in the United States using Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the US East region. Uploaded documents are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are not publicly accessible.
5.2 Document security
Uploaded documents including business licenses, certificates of insurance, W-9 forms, and identification documents are stored in a private storage bucket. Access to these documents is restricted to platform administrators. Documents are accessed only through time-limited signed URLs that expire 60 seconds after generation. These URLs cannot be shared or reused after expiration.
5.3 Security measures
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:
- •Encrypted connections using HTTPS for all platform access
- •Row-level security policies on the database that prevent members from accessing other members' data
- •Separation of administrative and member-level database access using different authentication keys
- •Password hashing using industry-standard cryptographic methods
- •Time-limited access tokens for sensitive document access
5.4 No guarantee of absolute security
No security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent every possible breach. If a security breach occurs that affects your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
6.1 Active accounts
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. We use this information to provide you with platform services, maintain the integrity of the platform, and comply with our legal obligations.
6.2 Account deletion
When you delete your account through the platform settings page the following data is permanently deleted immediately: your company profile and all profile information, uploaded documents and files, connection records, messages, project needs, expressed interests, support ticket records, and certifications. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Senia does not maintain a recovery period or soft-delete system.
6.3 Data retained after account deletion
The following limited data is retained after account deletion for the reasons stated.
- •Published reviews submitted by your account: retained attributed to a deleted account as they constitute factual records of completed work that other members may have relied upon
- •Administrative audit log entries: retained permanently as an immutable record of administrative actions for legal protection and platform security purposes
- •Terms acceptance records: retained permanently as proof that a specific version of the terms was accepted at a specific time
6.4 Admin-initiated account termination
When Senia terminates a member account the same deletion process applies as for member-initiated deletion. Additionally a permanent record is maintained in the administrative audit log documenting the reason for termination. This record is never deleted as it protects the platform from legal challenges to termination decisions.
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Access and correction
You can view and update your profile information at any time through the platform settings page. If you need access to information about your account that is not available through the settings page you may contact us at legal@seniaapp.com.
7.2 Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the platform settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible as described in Section 6.2 above. If you need assistance with account deletion you may contact support@seniaapp.com.
7.3 Data requests
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting legal@seniaapp.com. We will respond to your request within thirty days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a data request.
7.4 California residents
If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) including:
- •The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you
- •The right to delete personal information we have collected from you subject to certain exceptions
- •The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- •The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell your personal information)
- •The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights

7.5 Other state residents
Residents of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights regarding their personal information. If you are a resident of a state with applicable privacy laws and wish to exercise your rights please contact us at legal@seniaapp.com.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Senia uses session cookies to maintain your logged-in state. These cookies are necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled while using the platform. They are stored as HTTP-only cookies and expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics tools that track your activity across other websites. We do not use tracking pixels or web beacons. We do not share cookie data with advertisers.
If we add analytics or tracking tools in the future we will update this Privacy Policy and notify existing members before any such tools are deployed.
9. Children's Privacy
The Senia platform is intended for use by adults 18 years of age and older acting in a professional business capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor we will delete that information and terminate the associated account immediately. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor please contact us at legal@seniaapp.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes we will update the effective date at the top of this policy and notify existing members by email at least fourteen days before the changes take effect.
We maintain a record of which version of this Privacy Policy was in effect when each member registered. If we make material changes to how we use your personal information we will notify you and may require you to affirmatively consent to the updated policy before continuing to use the platform.
